ANALYSIS

Please enter your sequence(s) in the box below.

If FASTA format is used the sequence ID is the first 8 characters of the FASTA header.

The maximum number of concurrent sequences is 10 and the maximum number of residues allowed per sequence is 5000.

For some examples, please see below the sequence input box.

Please enter one or more amino acid sequences

Examples

For any of these examples, try copy-and-pasting the example text into the analysis box and then press, 'Upload sequence(s)'.

Example 1: Single sequence in FASTA format

The text after the > symbol represents the sequence header, and is parsed to provide the sequence label on the generated diagram-of-states.

> Seq1
PRQEFEVMEDHAGTYGLGDRKDQGGYTMHQ

Example 2: Single sequence in freeform format

Newlines (and any other whitespace character) are ignored, such that the sequence below is treated as a single protein sequence, not three seperate sequences.

PRQEFE
VMEDHAGTYGLGDRK

DQGGYTMHQ

Example 3: Multiple sequences in FASTA format

Multiple sequences can be passed, where each sequence is defined by the opening header line (a line beginning with a > character.

> Seq1
PRQEFEVMEDHAGTYGLGDRKDQGGYTMHQ
> Seq2
MSGMPGAPLLPEGPREATRQP

Example 4: Freeform sequences show parsing robustness

Both whitespace and numeric characters are filtered out of any input, such that copying and pasting into the analysis box can be done in a straightforward manner.
